Now that you’re 1/3 rd of the way into your internship, how has the experience evolved?   What are your current struggles?   Your recent successes?   What skillsets are you mastering?

What is your elevator pitch?   That is, w hat experiences make you stand out in your chosen field?  Consider your Cliffton Strengths, as well as what we discussed a few weeks back about the Career Conference.  What unique skills can you offer a potential employer?  If it helps for the purposes of this blog, consider a particular employer and then make your pitch.

What are your five strengths?   How do these strengths align with your understanding of your strengths?   Is there one strength which you expected to find that you didn’t?
